I highly recommend this training academy. I had an amazing training experience from start to finish. I have attended other training facilities and can honestly say none of them come close to the outstanding training I received at Prime Academy. 	FULL RECOVERY: Usually a few days but allow up to 14 days for true results (swelling, minor bruising)
