Here at Prime Academy, this in depth training will go over the various Swedish massage techniques, including full-body, back, and face massages. You will learn how to set up a tranquil environment and how to get the client ready for the massage, including how to utilise oils and lotions.
Along with learning the fundamentals of human anatomy and physiology, you will also learn about the history of Swedish massage and its advantages. In addition, you’ll learn about the many massage techniques utilised in Swedish massage, including effleurage, petrissage, tapotement, and friction.
