PDO (polydioxanone) mono threads provide collagen and elastin stimulation to give the area of treatment a firming affect that visibly improves skin quality. PDO threads are naturally absorbed by the body over a short period of time by hydrolysis.
PDO screw threads have intertwined threads that can provide good volume and restoration to sunken areas of skin. The production of collagen around the threads help to restore volume, improve skin texture and elasticity resulting in a natural aesthetics outcome. Threads can also be combined with other treatments, which is particularly useful for certain areas of concern.
